- Released in 2003 by BMG. A budget-priced CD.
- The cover photo was taken during the “Wishing” photo shoot and also appreared in the “A Flock of Seagulls”/”Listen” songbook.
- “I Ran” is once again the UK album pressing with the extended intro.
- This can’t be considered a proper "Best of" without "Wishing" or "The More You Live, the More You Love," but the inclusion of "What am I Supposed To Do" is a real treat. In 1983, the song was in the running as a "Screamer of the Week" on the highly influential New York FM radio station WLIR. Each of the station's DJs would nominate one "Screamer"; their choice for the best new track they'd heard in the past seven days. Callers would vote, and the tune with the most votes won, earning heavy airplay. "What am I Supposed to Do" lost, but enjoyed frequent spins on the station nonetheless and has repeatedly been cited as one of the band's finest performances, thanks largely to Frank Maudsley's excellent bass playing.
