The front and back cover photos are stills from the "Who's That Girl" music video, which placed footage Frank, Mike and Ali in a computer-generated environment.
Like Story of a Young Heart, poor sales in America led to warehouses dumping unsold copies of this album -- at bargain prices -- into record store "cut-out" bins. Cassette pressings turned up in stops through the end of the 1980s for less than a dollar.
The 12" single for "Heartbeat Like a Drum" contains the band's longest recorded
song, the 12 minute 29 second "Cosmos (Effect of the Sun)."
The video for "Heartbeat Like a Drum" is the only place you can see guitarist
Gary Steadnin and keyboardist Chris
Chryssaphis who only performed with the band during the Dream Come True Tour.
Gary contributed writing to the album, even though he does not appear on any of
the songs.
Dream Come True was re-released on CD May 10, 2005 by Almacantar records.
